POSING COACHING - NPC/IFBB Bikini & Wellness

LEARN TO POSE THE RIGHT WAY, WITH ME, IN CROYDON OR ONLINE

Posing is my PASSION. After all the hard work of prep, it’s your chance to shine on stage.. it’s also your chance to bring out your personality and show those judges who you really are. I believe that your posing routine should be as individual as you are. So when posing with me, we work hard to find something that showcases YOU as well as your well earned body - and get you standing out on stage from the rest of lineup.

I offer 1:1 posing lessons, packages, and group sessions in Croydon and Online - UK and Internationally.
Sessions are suitable for both the complete beginner or more experienced athlete

Learn the standard mandatory poses, as well as how to transition through the moves seamlessly with confidence, sass and style as well as build an I -Walk routine that shows off your best assets on stage. I also offer advice on posing shoes, bikini cut and mobility work to help you nail those poses.

HOW MANY POSING SESSIONS DO YOU NEED?

I have found that typically the beginner athlete needs around 4-8 sessions to be ready for stage… and experienced athletes around 4 just to tidy things up for a new the season.. I offer a discounted posing package in blocks of 4 with this in mind.
Typically a 4 x 1 hour block of sessions would look like this for a beginner:

Session 1
Learn the standard poses for your federation, gain advice on mobility exercises to help you hold those poses (Bikini posing is tough on the body).

Session 2
Recap of the standard poses, further coaching to tidy them up. Then we work on the transition movements to get you moving round your quarter turns seamlessly

Session 3
We begin to build a Walk (I or T depending on federation). We learn the “sassy walk” and come up with a routine here that suits you, and makes you feel like an absolute diva on stage.

Session 4
We continue to polish up your mandatory poses & walk , and start to run you through “mock ups” of the full layout of a show (walk on stage, holding a pose on the sidelines, call outs, pose-down etc), so you know what to expect,
Please note every athlete is different and the amount and frequency of posing sessions varies.

A 4 block session may look like this for a more experienced poser:

Session 1

Session 2
Start to really work in tweaks to the mandatory poses based on new body composition and judges feedback - apply any new flexibility and mobility drills required to improve them.

Session 3
Review flow, work on timing - perhaps refresh the routine.

Session 4
We continue to polish up your mandatory poses & walk , and start to run you through “mock ups” of the full layout of a show (walk on stage, holding a pose on the sidelines, call outs, pose-down etc), so you know what to expect, Please note every athlete is different and the amount and frequency of posing sessions varies.
