(yup we’re the only team where 10% of our coaching fees go to support women’s charities around the world)!

What would it mean to you, to have your loved ones cheer you on? To have them meet you off stage, proud as punch, knowing you did it.. you built a competition level body, you brought your best self, and you just joined the “1%” of women who just don’t quit?

Unlike many other coaches and teams, I am not trying to be a "Super Team", with hundreds of Athletes. Having competed with "Super Teams" myself, I do not believe that you can offer the kind of service I want to offer with that amount of athletes.
I only ever take on a small team of really dedicated women (of any level) who are truly inspired and motivated to get on stage. I work very closely with my athletes to give them the best service, attention and experience I can.

Hey girl! I'm Leonie, and I've been coaching myself and competing on the international stage with the IFBB and NPC for 5 years now, so if you're thinking of taking the leap and competing overseas too, I'm the girl to get you there and help you navigate it.

I've been lucky enough to grace some of the biggest stages in the U.S, UK, Europe & Asia, and at the time of writing this (touch wood) I've placed top 4 in every show.. with a record 1st place in every show in 2022.. In November, I also won my IFBB Pro Card

I came to bodybuilding later than most (34), and it's been my mission to prove that it's never too late, or too early to get on stage and find your best self. 

If you follow me on social media you'll already know, I am absolutely passionate about this sport. I geek out on it and it's at the heart of everything I do from the moment I wake every day.. as are the people I coach.

Having been a life-long sufferer of Anxiety - confidence and mindset coaching is a huge part of what I do.
My motto is "bravery first, confidence later". You don't have to be a confident person to get on stage. You just have to be brave enough to go for it anyway.
